Dear Senator Peters: President Biden’s announcement this past month to withdraw all U.S. forces from Afghanistan under a “delayed” Doha Agreement is welcomed news for Afghans and Americans alike. ANPC welcomes the departure of US/NATO occupying foreign troops from Afghanistan. With the removal of U. S.
