Rain, San Franciscos department of public works this morning rushed to release sandbags to residents. The city stockpile several hundred bags for distribution. Given out approximately 200 sandbags so far. Clearing catch basins and the areas flowing leaves. Weve had a couple of minor incidents with trees coming down. The skies cleared by midday leaving behind flooding that prompted the park service to close the highway. This mans car died moments after he drove through the intersection.
