Larry james and Heather Stepp were originally charged with manslaughter for the accidental shooting of Abigail Newman newman. Ashlea jerrika, they pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. Jerrika yes, they pleaded guilty to storage of a fire arm with access to children. The Authorities Say all parties agree with that plea deal.
