Jordan Smith of Black Sheep Pizza is teaming up with Darin Jensen, the head brewer at Rapids Brewing Co. in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, on StormKing Brewpub & BBQ, which is taking over the former ONE Fermentary and Taproom space at 618 N 5th St. (it closed last year), which is redesigning the space that's just down the street from Target Field.
