What led up to this . Apparently was a man with a gun we are standing on the 2200 block on mckee. This happen inside this apartment complex which is on the other side of mckee road. We talked to workers who were in the area and said they heard shots fired and saw Police Performing lifesaving measures on one suspect was on the ground. Police say that suspect was transported to a nearby Regional Hospital of san jose. It is a block or two away. He was pronounced dead.
