Per hour across the monterey bay so we have the Flash Flood Watch in effect with the soberanes fire burn scarred area. We are expected up to three inches of rain there. There will be some flash flooding in the area by friday night. Our live weather camera at this particular time paints a very dark sky. We have scattered light showers, temperatures in the 50s and 60s. The winds, although gentle now will be up to 35 Miles Per Hour in the afternoon. So we will have the rain intensify.
