Here s what we know Sign In FacebookTwitterEmail A man places an open sign on the window of a business.PeopleImages/Getty Images Washington on Monday will adopt a new plan to start to reopen the state as coronavirus cases and hospitalizations have been flattening to trending down over the past few weeks. The new plan, called Healthy Washington, will group every county into eight regions, which will have to meet four key metrics to advance from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Regions will have to see a 10% decrease in the number of new coronavirus cases per 100,000 people over the previous 14 days and a 10% decrease in COVID-19 hospital admissions per 100,000 people over the previous two weeks. They will also have to have an ICU occupancy below 90%, including both COVID-19 and other patients, and a test positivity rate below 10%. ....
