. welcome back to the sunday show. i'm jonathan capehart. we're keeping an eye on tropical storm henri due to make landfall in the knot east in the coming hours. residents are bracing for possible power outages and flooding. joining me is meteorologist bill. what's the latest? >> we're going to see landfall in this hour. i think by noon this thing will be on shore. it crossed over the top of black island and now it's heading for rhode island right now the connecticut/rhode island border. it's only a tropical storm and doesn't have intense winds. we don't need to focus too much on that. there's not major destruction. maybe some roof damage. the biggest issue will be the rainfall. that will be the legacy of this storm. if we get a lot of significant damage, it will be from the heavy rain.
