Over the course of the weekend the level of the sand in the river can change and quickly. Its still dark out here but you see a lot of lights reflecting on the water. Were not seeing a flood but that can change with the amount of rain were expected to get. The river runs along several businesses in santa cruz to Business Owners very concerned about this. Emergency crews have been warning those Business Owners to remove any equipment and vehicles ahead of any potential flooding.
