After years of planning, Big Grove Brewery is set to crack open a new taproom in Cedar Rapids and a new distribution facility in Iowa City that will increase production by more than 50% next year.
ReUnion Brewery will open late October, bringing a multi-level operation that includes food with a New Orleans twist, music and beer.
Construction on the new Ped Mall site is slated for completion by mid-August, said Kris Kass, part owner of the Coralville location and executive assistant to owner Jim Mondanaro.
