Riders driving recklessly down southbound 101 in San Francisco. Sot officer vu williams chp 1318they were riding across all lanes slowing down traffic , im not sure if you want to call it sideshow activity, but they were doing wheelies, and stunts on the freeway. At a certain point a biker appears to collide with this White Rideshare vehicle the sedan starts moving to the right towards the cesar chavez exit when a black sedan appears to block its way then the dirtbikers and atv riders surround the vehicle the person in the red hoodie appears to physically attack the white sedan.
