▲ 김지만 삼성증권 연구원 = 동결, 만장일치, 10월·내년 8월 인상
- 기존에 매파적(통화긴축적) 의견을 낸 한국은행 금융통화위원회 위원들이 두명이나 있었다. 이에 따라 소수의견 한명 정도는 나올 수 있을 것 같다. 이주열 한은 총재 의견이 확고해 올해를 넘기진 않고 인상할 것으로 본다. 이에 따라 10월 인상을 예상한다. 내년엔 8월에 추가 인상이 이뤄질 것으로 보고 있다.
물가상황으로는 기준금리 인상이 쉽지 않다. 다만 기준금리 인상이 있었던 2017년과 2018년에도 물가는 비슷한 궤적을 그렸다. 한은의 기준점을 경제지표로 본다면 추가경정예산까지 더하면 올 성장은 4%를 넘길 것이다. 수정경제전망치가 상향조정되는 8월 금통위원들의 마음이 움직일 것으로 본다. 다만, 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 팬데믹 상황이 어떨지가 관건이다.

- 한명 소수의견에 동결을 예상한다. 8월쯤 소수의견이 2명으로 늘고 10월에 기준금리를 인상하는 시나리오가 될 것으로 보고 있다. 이주열 한은 총재 임기전까진 두 번 인상을 예상한다. 10월과 내년 1월 인상 후엔 추가 인상이 어렵다고 보고 있다.
한은 언급을 보면 급하게 올리려는 생각을 갖고 있는 것 같진 않다. 정부와의 불협화음도 부담이다. 연내 한번 인상하면 시그널을 준다는 점에서 한은으로서도 만족할 것 같다.
펀더멘털과 인플레이션 흐름상 연말로 갈수록 부정적으로 보고 있다. 변이바이러스나 최근 중국 상황도 그렇고 경기는 다시 하락할 것으로 본다. 다른 나라도 비슷한 흐름이다.
내년 1월까진 기준금리를 올릴 수 있겠지만, 펀더멘털과 대선, 한은 총재 임기종료 등이 있어 그 다음은 어렵지 않을까 보고 있다.

- 한명 정도 인상 소수의견이 나올 것으로 예상한다. 소수의견이 몇 명 등장하느냐에 따라 연내 인상 횟수가 달라질 수 있다. 소수의견이 몇 명 등장하느냐가 연내 인상 기대감을 가늠해볼 수 있는 기준이 될 것이다.
첫 인상은 10월로 예상한다. 정부와 한은간 합의가 진행된 것으로 보여진다. 3분기(7~9월)엔 추경 집행이 예정돼 있고, 최근 코로나 상황을 감안하면 3분기 인상은 이르다는 생각이다.
추가 인상은 내년 1월로 보고 있다. 이주열 총재 임기내 두 번 인상 후 추가 인상은 내년 하반기로 보고 있다. 대선과 총재교체 이슈가 있다. 그 이후엔 미국 연준(Fed)도 금리인상 관련 스케줄을 구체화할 것이다. 그에 맞춰 한은도 한번 더 인상하는 것까진 가능할 것으로 본다.

- 2명의 소수의견과 8월 인상을 유력하게 봤으나, 일주일 사이 급변했다. 코로나19 재확산에 따라 일단 한명 정도만 나올 것으로 보이고, 금리인상도 10월이 될 것으로 예상한다. 이주열 총재 임기내엔 2번, 내년 하반기까지 한번 더 금리인상이 이뤄질 것으로 본다.
경기회복 자신감에 대해서는 큰 이견이 없는 것 같다. 금융불균형 경계심이 매파적 스탠스를 보이게 한 이유다. 다만 어떤 속도로 처리하느냐가 관건이다. 바이러스 4차 확산도 속도조절 가능성을 염두할 수밖에 없는 요인이다.
근원물가 기준 실질 기준금리가 마이너스(-)0.9%까지 떨어져 있다. 물가 오름세가 하반기 이후부터 완만해진다면 2번 인상으로도 여전히 마이너스 영역이다. 완만한 경기회복과 경기확장국면을 안정적으로 이끌기 위해서라도 통화당국 입장에서는 실질기준금리가 마이너스인 상황을 오래 끌기 어렵다. 미세조정을 통해 경기과열을 조정할 것으로 본다. 그 이면에는 레버리지를 통한 투자, 즉 비트코인 등 가상화폐와 부동산 투자에 대한 경계심이 없지 않아 보인다.

- 소수의견은 1명 정도 나올 것 같다. 확률은 낮지만 만장일치 동결 가능성도 있을 듯 싶다. 한은이 계속 금융안정에 대한 위험을 이야기하고 있는 상황이다. 그 측면에서 보면 인상에 대한 의견이 나올 수 있겠다.
델타변이바이러스를 떠나 경기판단이 필요하다. 2차 추경을 반영하기 전이라 8월 인상은 어렵다고 본다. 11월과 내년 2월 인상을 예상한다. 올 인상시점이 10월일지 11월일지는 8월 금통위 결과를 봐야 좀 더 명확해질 것으로 본다.

The first Lotte Duty Free Luxe Mall live broadcast will take place on 4 February 2021.
Lotte Duty Free is entering the live sales arena with its first Luxe Mall live broadcast on 4 February 2021.
The first live broadcast will feature more than 880 items including shoes, bags and clothing from popular overseas fashion brands such as Jimmy Choo. Products will be discounted by up to -70%.
Well-known stylist Kim Woo Ri will be part of the broadcast and on hand to offer advice to viewers.
The broadcast can be accessed through the Lux Mall website (ldfluxemall.com),
an online shop created last year to sell unsold duty free goods to domestic non-travelling customers, or via the Luxe Mall mobile app.
