Town officials are looking to restore a staff position that was excised from the personnel rolls five years ago. With approval of the coming yearâs operational budget, the Town of Bourne will once again have a director of human resources to handle personnel matters for its town employees. The proposed Fiscal Year 2022 budget includes funding for a Department of Human Resources, which will be run by a department director. Town Administrator Anthony E.
