A Washington man died in a boating incident at Lake Ming around 2:20 p.m. Sunday, according to the Kern County coroner’s office.
Kyle Lee Cannon, 62, of Washington was pronounced dead at Kern Medical on April 21, according to the Kern County Sheriff's Office.

The body of a man who went missing Oct. 21 in the Kern River west of Lake Ming has been recovered and identified, the Kern County Sheriff's Office reported Monday.
