Where we have been getting lightning strikes off the coast. The back side of the front has been coming through the bay area since the earlyMorning Hours. We have light showers from woodside into sfo, heading into San Francisco, as well. More moderate rainfall throughout the trivalley. North bay will see lesser amounts of rain than the Santa Clara Valley because this is all generated from the south, precipitation lifting up in a northerly direction and then beginning to eject to the east.
