April is a beautiful and busy month for CHS as the high school put on The Friendship Ball on April 5, Under the Sea Father Daughter Ball on April 6, and Prom on April 7.
In 1973, Joseph Beuys said, “Every man is an artist.” Beuys explained that only art is capable of building an effective social system, and “This most modern art discipline Social Sculpture/Social Architecture will only reach fruition when every living person becomes a creator, a sculptor, or architect of the social organism.”
Winterfest 2018 is here, and the theme is “Into the Depps of Winterfest" as in Johnny Depp with a week stuffed full of fun activities. Depp says, “I think the thing to do is to enjoy the ride while you’re on it” and this is what Carson High School students intend to do all week long.
The Carson High Senators varsity baseball team and fans in attendance paid tribute to Timothy Jones in a commemorative ceremony Saturday at Ron McNutt field.
