Many local residents have expressed concerns that a recently proposed development project near Spruce Cape could negatively impact the quality of life for residents in the surrounding areas. Their concerns were aired at a meeting organized on behalf of Natives of Kodiak Inc., the Alaska Native Urban Corporation that owns the land.
