By the time this election cycle is over, more than half of the Hoosier State’s congressional delegation could be brand new.Three Republicans are leaving their congressional seats: Reps. Larry Buschon (IN-08) and Greg Pence (IN-06) are retiring, and Rep. Jim Banks (IN-03) is poised to succeed Sen. Mike Braun, who’s running for governor. Since none of these seats are competitive, Republican primary voters will determine their successors in the May 7 primary.
