A 121-year-old Victorian-era gem in the heart of the Union Avenue Historic District soon will be brought back to its glory days thanks to a new owner.  The McLaughlin Building, 330 S. Union, was built in 1891 in homage to Michael McLaughlin, a local grocer, who had died three years earlier. Now new owner J.R.
