As Laura Everett Bowling walked through a residence hall at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, this month, she took stock of all the things that looked the same.
"There's something special about that because it's all the exact same as when my mom was here," Sarah said.
It was Laura Bowling’s first visit to Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 33 years - for her daughter’s move-in day. Laura and Sarah Bowling, 18, discovered they would share the same freshman-year room number when the school sent out assignments last month.
“When my mom told me, we both screamed over the phone," first-year student Sarah Bowling said. "I was in total disbelief."
Sarah Bowling, a Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy grad, moved into the exact same dorm room as her mother 33 years later.
