Bring Your Dogs on This Billings Fun Run, June 12th at ZooMontana I m not much of a formal runner, as I shared with you in February when I wrote about the Lazy Bum Triathlon. Perhaps I d be more inclined to participate in a fun run, if I could bring one of my dogs? I mean, why should my four-legged friends get left out of the pain joy of running? WHEN people think of shaping up, toning, getting that body for the spring and summer (which, despite how it might feel, isn’t that far away) they’ll think of their arms, legs, butt, chest and shoulders. But there’s a body part most generally don’t consider, yet it is absolutely crucial to how we look, feel and function… the back. Back health and strength is absolutely vital to our ability to move, undertake physical tasks or even just to stand and sit in comfort. It is the centrepiece around which our body is framed. It allows us to bend, pivot, reach, stretch, lift, push, pull, sit down, stand up, lie down, get up. In fact there’s barely a movement where our back doesn’t play a part. ....
Privacy. esther you like the message. healthy competition in the workplace can help us. employers are responsible for health care costs. they are looking for incentives as well. what i worry about, especially with this necklace it stings you if you overeat, i m worried it starts choking you. but can we go too far with this stuff? sure. in fact, i have no problem with employers asking their employees to wear these. after all it s a voluntary interaction. the thing that makes me nervous a big cache of data that the government can grab. if my employer made me wear it what would they find out? i m a lazy bum. your bigger concern is the invasion of healthy bodies going away. we got to do something about that and this is a step in the right direction? yeah. it s important that they track what you re having. there s a big difference between drinking a ton of walsh and a ton of other beverages. there s a long way before these ....
Done in the supreme court. they are spending their time in courtyards battling geese. it is a wonder we get anything done. you spend a lot of time in court basically fighting charges we can t get into here because they are too graphic and grizzly. oh this is embarrassing. conservatives, please overturn our law. this is what the left wingers do. they always want the supreme court to come in and rescue them because they are so lazy they want to pass their own laws. now conservatives are doing it. be a man and knockdown i am against the law. but i don t want the supreme court to save me. i want to punt on this and then remove the law myself with the american voters of the that s called democracy. don t ask these 9 people to do your work for you, you lazy bum. i don t know if i agree with you, but i admire your gumpion. that s for liberal. they are the ones that go crying to the court like little children. ....
