Children's Museum Executive director retires after 27 years
Anne Snow, the executive director of Children's Museum of La Crosse, is retiring after 27 years. The museum, which has welcomed over 1.4 million visitors since its opening in 1999, has a hands-on, affordable, and accessible approach to exhibits. Snow praised the business model and volunteers for guiding the museum through COVID-19 and setting a new high of 81,000 visitors in 2023. She plans to travel and visit family in retirement and anticipates continued involvement in the museum.
