I made a mistake this is the first time on video we hear a man admits he was wrong. I didnt hear a thing. This rider stopped at a red light here. He makes off. This is in central london. A rider has a camera on his helmet and popping the wheelies through what look to be construction areas. It only takes two horsepower to stop him. Two london mounted police step right out into the road and tear him apart. I just want to lift up a bit. I think he was going faster than 20....
