Carrington, who was sitting on an ATV while his wheelchair was being serviced by a mobile service truck when Burke arrived, decided to get the vaccine when his doctor told him he needed to get it. After failing to sign up online, Carrington called the county and they told him they had a mobile service that could come to him which he said was good because it meant he did not have to find a ride.
