Way over the white house fence appeared in court this afternoon. We learned it wasnt his first time being arrested at 1600 pennsylvania avenue. Kaye jackson is at the live desk with what happened in court. His name is dominic odisania. He is 23 years old and remains behind bars after a federal magistrate ordered him held without bond. He is apparently from bel air in maryland just north of baltimore. The entire incident was recorded by a tv news camera.
