Leroy Priestley filed the suit on Dec. 10 in Harris County District Court. According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 14 Priestley, a Patriot Security employee, was patrolling a Best Western when he fell into an uncovered drainage hole. The plaintiff claims there were no warnings signs present at the alleged dangerous condition. The plaintiff is suing for his alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, impairment, lost wages and disfigurement. The Daspit Law Firm is representing the plaintiff.
