Most of the city has been without street lights all fall, but progress is being made, with lights expected to be turned on soon.
Leslie Seitz is a licensed drone operator for Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) District 2, which serves Hubbard, Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater, Kittson, Roseau, Itasca, Polk, Norman, Marshall, Lake of the Woods, Koochiching and Pennington counties.
Stage 2, which involves work on the west side of town, is expected to begin around Aug. 21.
