COVID-19 cases are increasing rapidly among Colorado children, according to state epidemiologist Dr. Rachel Herlihy.  As the state continues to see a steady uptick of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, the steepest incline in reported cases has been among the 11-17 age group, exceeding those among people 18 and older in the state's 14-day case rate data, Herlihy said during a news conference about the pandemic Tuesday.
