Anthony Lygizos opened Leven Deli in 2018. He's getting ready to move the catering business, along with retail and bread production into a new 12,000 square-foot facility, as well as open Leven Supply, a retail shop, in Wash Park and new 500-seat restaurant named Leven in downtown Denver.
It’s the second new location in the works for the restaurant, which has operated in the Golden Triangle since 2018.
The deli is also opening a production kitchen and wants to add more restaurants in the future.
Leven Supply, which is opening in the 2,800-square-feet space at 300 E. Alameda, will have classic Leven Deli sandwiches made to order, but packaged to go with limited seating and a retail-focused store.
