Death of his sister after she collapsed on this san pablo street on monday night, shot in the chest. She was 7 months pregt with a baby girl who also died thxt morning after a long standoff at an apartment complex in vallejo, officers arrested a suspect. A 21yearold, around 9 30 this morning, a man of interest turned himself into the police. We dont specifically want to get into the motives or the Details Behind what actually occurred.
