Pole. You can just imagine as the water came racing in the front of the building to blow it out the back. There are tens of thousands of people in this area who do not have electricity. There are tens of thousands of people who are told they need to boil their water. There are houses and entire neighborhoods that have been ruined. We are told just down that way we havent had a chance to get there there is a neighborhood where people are all evacuated from their homes.
