Utica Road Rally scavenger hunt rolls around for third year of fun Shutterstock image Advertisement SHELBY TOWNSHIP — If you’re looking for something fun to get you out of the house and into the fresh air, you might want to check out the third annual road rally competition that the Woman’s Life Chapter 911 will be hosting in March. Another “Shamrocks and Shenanigans” theme to the road rally is just around the corner and will include new clues, new photos and a new time. The group’s most recent road rally took place in October and had a Halloween theme.

The big story for 2020 is of course the pandemic and how cities, schools and businesses adjusted to the crisis. Still, in looking back there were also other worthy headlines. The volunteers who selflessly made masks for front-liners, police raises and a successful passing of the first ever police millage in Memphis and the strong voice of a young college student from Richmond who wants to see training and curriculum related to diversity and racism introduced at Richmond Community Schools.
