Police tape spread across both directions of logan because the crash had occurred at another intersection, and it ended in a driver making that vehicle, basically driving it over to second and logan with only three wheels left on the car. At that point, a tow truck was called to the scene. Now, the driver of the original vehicle, when the tow truck driver arrived, the tow truck driver thought the driver might be intoxicated.
