March 11, 2021 Andrew "Drew" Montano III, 56, of Lewes passed away Monday, March 8, 2021, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa.  He was born Feb. 25, 1965, in New Brunswick, N.J., son of Andrew Jr., and Geraldine K.
