A man charged in the Monday shooting death of a Bremerton man made no confession after turning himself in and witnesses at the scene in South Kitsap told investigators they did not know what sparked the violence. Andrew Luke Wright, 51, was charged Wednesday in Kitsap County Superior Court with second-degree murder for the death of Steven Earl Kerr, 39.
