Philadelphia itself, were not seeing as heavy of rain as we are across the river. Gloucester county really getting hit. Glassboro getting some of the heaviest rain right now going into winslow. A very, very slow movement, and that is why there is a flood advisory for much of the philadelphia area, northern delaware much of south jersey here. That is until 8 00 tonight. There will be some localized flooding out there as more rain continues. The storm in berks county not moving very much. There is a flood advisory for that, too.
