HENDERSON, Ky. — The COVID-related death of a Union County resident was reported Wednesday by the Green River District Health Department. The death was the 12th in the county and the 316th in the seven-county Green River District since the pandemic began. EVANSVILLE, Ind. — The coronavirus pandemic's rollercoaster ride through Vanderburgh County took an upswing Wednesday with 238 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus. After two days of sharply decreasing daily case counts, Vanderburgh's totals on the Indiana State Department of Health's COVID-19 dashboard shot back up.
