The group of approximately 10 crafters is now creating new pieces, and plans to open its annual garden art sale on May 9, 9 a.m., at the Schramm farm. The Michigan Centennial Farm is located at 21701 24 Mile Road in Macomb Township.
The foundation will host a Spring Into Action event on April 20 at Shelby Gardens Banquets and Events. Shelby Gardens is located at 50265 Van Dyke Ave. in Shelby Township.
The Macomb Township Recreation Center is now collecting leftover Halloween candy. The center is located at 20699 Macomb St. in Macomb Township. Rec center hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, Saturdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
