Nottinghamshire assistant coroner Gordon Clow stated that alcohol and trace amounts of drugs “impaired Ms Davis’ ability to make decisions and balance.” Davis left a house party to take a selfie on the cliff at sunrise and is said to have had double the legal driving alcohol limit for the U.K. in her blood, according to a toxicology report.
