A 32-year-old diamond worker in Surat was extorted of around Rs 6 lakh after falling for a nude woman on WhatsApp. The woman tricked him into getting naked on a video call and then extorted money from him. The victim eventually reported the incident to the Surat Cybercrime Police. The case has been booked under relevant sections of the IPC and IT Act.
