It is not clear in the context of what happened and we feel one doesnt necessary ly justify the other and what subpoena the connection between alleged robbery and the shooting death of Michael Brown. I spoke to a lawyer of the witness who was with Michael Brown when he was shot and with him in a Convenient Store not long before.
