Subrata Roy, the founder of Lucknow-based Sahara Group, died at the age of 75 on Tuesday. The company announced that he died from cardiorespiratory arrest at 10:30 pm following an extended battle with complications related to metastatic malignancy, hypertension, and diabetes
According to reports, Subrata Roy was 75 at the time of his death and he was suffering from extended illnesses. On November 12, he was hospitalised in Mumbai after his health declined and he passed away on November 14.
