Mark Giannunzio NEGAUNEE– The Michigan State Police has announced the promotion of Sgt. Mark Giannunzio to lieutenant and assistant post commander of the MSP Negaunee Post and public information officer for the MSP’s Eighth District, which encompasses the entire Upper Peninsula.
