Saudi Aramco's Motiva Enterprises is temporarily shutting down its Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex due to the inclement weather conditions. "Unprecedented freezing temperatures necessitated safely and methodically shutting down our Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex," a Motiva spokesperson told FOX Business in a statement.
