A POP-UP fish and chip shop has opened at a pub in Altham. The new take-away is operating from the Walton pub while they have to remain closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. The food pub, which is operated by Duffy's Pub Company, had to close for the November lockdown and hasn't been able to re-open since. Managing Director Marc Duffy said: "We couldn't keep sitting with the door closed - we had to open and do something.
