Slapped on surveillance camera. The 17yearold Francisco Martinez of Oakland High School describing this. An incident caught on School Surveillance may 19th, showing the wheelchair bound martinez apparently being roughed up by the School Security officer. I just want to see justice to happen i dont think its fair for this event to occur in a school where im supposed to be coming in safe. These are the foos that show a black eye from the attack.
