Reporter so was the Doctors Office a crime scene . Well that is where he was busted. The charge, precipitation fraud. Pain specialty dr. Sam oraee, charged by police with two counts of precipitation fraud. The doctor arrested at his office where police say he was handing out scripts for painkillers without doing the proper exams. So basically people are just going in and getting these medications, without really even justifying a reason to need them. No exam. No exam really no anything. Prince William County police have really been cracking down on the illegal use of precipitation painkillers....
