Rain moving over south philadelphia. We already had flood iing conces near the bridge. More heavy rain coming through. That tracks across cherry hill. Lets track this out. Its moving at 20 miles an hour. Its moving to the northeast. Starting to make its way through as it tracks along to the northeast. These are not the only areas getting rain.
