While the thirsty south bay definitely needs rain experts at the santa clara Water District says this storm will do very little to change the big picture. Unfortunately wthe current levels in our reservoir and the current snow pack and current water conditions in the delta, this rain will help a very small amount but wont have an overall benefit to us. Reporter the storm did have an impact of a different kind on these people waiting to get home.
