Marion City Council will vote on whether to ask the Ohio Auditor's Office to investigate after a Marion auditor's employee fell for a $4,000 email scam. The Finance Committee held a special meeting on Tuesday evening where it passed a resolution to send its findings into this incident to the State Auditor to "investigate and take any and all actions he deems necessary to assist Council in protecting the financial well being of the City."
